This company won't necessarily help you with that.
If you're reading this, you probably want to get your passport renewed as fast as possible. However, it's important to understand that they will NOT speed up the overall processing time, which depends on the US Department of State. This company provides what is essentially a quality control service for your passport renewal application. Rushmypassport have no link to the state department whatsoever where they can expedite the process. 3 stars because the application process was easy but this is not a rush service. Rushmypassport and FedEx need to refund my express shipping fees. They provided me with a UPS tracking number and said I would get it on Monday. When I called the US State Department today to follow up, the rep said my state representative request came through and my passport was shipped. I had to call my state representative’s office for help.

If I get the passport on time, I will update the review but until then it’s 2 start rating for me and that because the application was easy to do. I would appreciate it if someone could give me a real update on when I should expect to receive passport. I am somewhat disappointed with Rush my Passport service because this was supposed to make the process go faster. I tried calling everyone/ offices I could think off and so far nothing. If I can’t go I will be loosing my Airbnb money because it’s a no cancellation policy. With only a week left I don’t know if I’ll get the passport. I called Rush My Passport many times, so far no update. I received a notification saying that the government office received it on 6/18 and that was the last time I received an update. I did the process online via FedEx on June 11th.
